Mark Plourde is a sales operations expert with 25 years experience building highly successful sales teams. With more than 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Mark is dynamic, focused, and creative in his approach to restaurant tech. Most recently he spent the last three years developing loyalty strategies and a high performing and motivated sales team at Paytronix. Mark is most passionate about building lasting relationships with restaurants and across business lines, achieving and surpassing growth targets.
Mike Mirkil brings over 25 years of restaurant industry experience to Personica as a senior branding & marketing executive. A former Taco Bell and Habit Burger Grill executive, he has helped market and brand over a dozen restaurant companies and restaurant technology providers. He is a problem solver who leverages actionable data to produce positive results and a champion of engaging consumers with highly relevant messaging via both online and offline platforms.
Bridget Mackinson is a product management expert who combines strategic vision with execution in adtech/martech, media measurement, and big data. Prior to Personica, Bridget was a product leader at Nielsen, working with digital marketing and measurement products to connect marketing with consumer purchase behavior. Bridget will be creating product innovations that help restaurants acquire new guests and measure the impact of their marketing programs.
