Personica New Brand FAQs

When did this happen?
We made the official move Thursday, December 17.

How will this impact my experience?
For now, you’ll continue to see the Fishbowl name and logo in our products, and will continue to log into your platforms with the same login URLs. As we update our brand across all channels and platforms, you’ll see this gradually change, and we’ll continue to keep you up-to-date on anything that will impact your experience.

Any emails you send to a email address will automatically forward to that employee’s Personica email, so you don’t have to worry about an interruption in communication. Our Facebook and LinkedIn social media accounts will change to Personica on December 17, so please visit us there!

Does this mean you’re being acquired or merging with another company?
Nope, our leadership team and company are staying the same. I’m proud to lead our organization into a new era of personalized marketing.

Will my log-in credentials, reply-to name, or guest management process change?
Nope, not at all! All functionality will stay the same, your log-in credentials will stay the same, and you will continue to log in using the same link you do now.

How will this impact the products and features I use?
Our Engage platform is the only product that will feature the Personica brand on December 17. Local Store Marketing, Promotions Manager, 3.0, Local, and Loyalty will retain the Fishbowl branding for now.

Will the domains we use for our emails change (i.e. will we still use Will there be any changes to Fishbowl-hosted web pages?
Nope, the domain names that we use to send email and host member-facing pages will not be changing.
